Should we eat gur and chana once a week? Yes, especially for the <strong>married<\/strong> women. Eating in <strong>fasting<\/strong> state is better. Those who can&#8217;t eat gur and chana, they should eat a tablet of iron and folic acid every week to prevent anemia.<\/p>\n<p>In astrology it is mentioned to eat gur on Sunday and chana on Saturdays.<\/p>\n<p>All agreed that byproducts of gur are harmful like refined sugar etc.<\/p>\n<p>Unprocessed gur can even be eaten by diabetics.<\/p>\n<p>Anemia or Anaemia is a condition that arises when the amount of haemoglobin, the oxygen-carrying pigment of the red blood cells, is reduced.
