I learned the power of being thankful in my life. And, sometimes, I try to humble myself and hold a 2-3 minute gratitude session and think about what I’m grateful for and who I’m grateful for. I don’t do it every day, but let me tell you, on the days I do it, it makes me very happy.
Sometimes your life is touched wonderfully by certain people around you that you can not forget them ever. When it happens at some critical juncture of your life then you are bound to them with an adhesive of love, affection, respect and gratitude.
In medical fraternity, including homeopathy and others I remember many colleagues and seniors, to whom I would say I would remain indebted to their help, their affection, their words, and their support and to them throughout my life.
I have felt earlier also that many of our emotions remained in us like unspoken words. I am taking a step to express my gratitude. The thing is, simple acts of gratitude don’t cost you much (especially once you get over the initial discomfort some people feel with thanking others), so I am writing some of these names on this my blog post:
Dr. Sonia Datta
Dr. Pankaj Datta
Dr. Hari Singh
Dr. Ashit Sharma
Dr. AK Gupta
Dr. Kamal Puri
Dr. Rajiv Ranjan
Dr. Aditya Kaushik
